Account: How do I cancel my subscription?

Within your account in a link to cancel your subscription. To restart your subscription at any point please create a new subscription.
When you cancel your subscription your streaming access will be terminated immediately.

At the top of the page you will find a Login button. Please register your details here, and you will receive a confirmation email to verify your registration.
Once your account has been created your 14 day free trial will start immediately. To keep singing please them sign up for a subscription.
*If you already have an account registered with www.sunflykaraoke.com you do not need to create an account – you can login with the same details.

Streaming Player: Can I choose my playlist and save it for later?

Yes, simply create an account or login, compile your playlist and it will save to your account. Make sure you are logged in though, if you are not logged in your playlists will not save.

Click on Customise and choose your colours accordingly or just choose the background template and apply.

Streaming Player: I have a microphone for my computer, will this work with Sunfly Streaming?

Yes, to use your microphone you need to tick the "Listen To This Device" in your sound settings via the computer's control panel.

Click "Sound" Click the "Recording" Tab
Double Click "Microphone"
Click the "Listen" Tab
Tick the box next to "Listen To This Device" Click "Apply"
